Annual payment

€695 per year, paid in advance at the beginning of the calendar year (inclusive of ETSIA/WUKF membership). Paying annually gives you a saving; long term members are encouraged to pay annually.

Quarterly payment

€180 per quarter (3 months), paid in advance at the beginning of each quarter; plus €45 per year for membership of ETSIA/WUKF. Total €765 on an annual basis.

Members that train no more than once per week

If you are training only once per week in any given week, the quarterly fee is €90. ETSIA/WUKF membership is the same at €45 per year. If paid annually, the fee is €370 per year (inclusive of ETSIA/WUKF membership).

Bank Details 

We have some issues with the Belgian bank account of the Club. For the moment we use Rogier’s personal account to process funds of the Club. In time, we should have a Belgian bank account again. (For more info of problems related to Associations’ bank accounts see here (in French).)

Please wire the fees to: IBAN: LT713250084843239924, BIC: REVOLT21, in the name of Rogier Holla. To facilitate the Club accounting, please include the word karate in the message, in addition to your name and the period for which you are paying.

Please set up automated payments for the quarterly and annual fees.

Note

The Club is not for profit, and all income is used in the interest of the Club. Board members are not remunerated.

The fees are for membership of the Club and not for individual lessons. Please don’t interrupt your fees during your vacations. If you will be absent for an extended period of time, please contact Rogier for an arrangement.
